Vaishnavi is an engineer and entrepreneur driven by the potential for technology to create social impact. She co-founded a fem-tech healthcare startup in 2020 that enables consumers and brands to make informed decisions through ingredient analysis. More recently, she has worked on empowering transgender individuals in India to seek employment as part of her focus on gender equity. Her diverse experience has shaped her belief that technology can be transformative when thoughtfully applied across policy and design. At Harvard, Vaishnavi aims to leverage cross-disciplinary collaboration and technologies like AI to develop creative solutions to complex societal issues. With her background spanning engineering, entrepreneurship, and social impact, she is excited to break down silos and be a dynamic leader in using technology for social good.
