The winning UpStyle, won the iF DESIGN AWARD 2024 Gold in the discipline User Experience Concepts, in the Professional Concept category. The jury released the following statement regarding its decision to issue UpStyle the Gold award:

UpStyle uses AI to deliver viable, scalable solutions for the reuse, repair, and refurbishment of apparel to extend its lifespan and reduce waste. Fast fashion is one of the most glaring examples of unsustainable production in the modern world. Hats off to Harvard Innovation Labs for developing this concept with the potential to democratize fashion and achieve more sustainable production.
