Karen is a product manager, designer, and artist interested in collective problems. At Spotify, she leads a R&D team working to improve poor music metadata—a classic case where individual action may seem unclear or useless, but collective action make a difference. She was previously Design Director at the EMW Community Space, and Lead Product Designer at Lucidworks.
