Daniel Rodríguez Rodríguez

Biomedical Engineering

Daniel is a biomedical engineer with a passion for the intersection of design and healthcare. He earned his degree from the University of Barcelona in Spain and furthered his education through an exchange program at Trinity College Dublin in Ireland. Before joining MDE, Daniel worked for the Barcelona-based startup DyCare. There, he participated in the whole life cycle of a motion-tracking telerehabilitation platform for people with musculoskeletal disorders, including its design, its validation in clinical trials, and its implementation in hospitals. Daniel is dedicated to expanding his skill set and exploring new domains that can bring fresh perspectives to the healthcare industry. He is also committed to helping startups design solutions that consider the systemic impact they can have from their inception.
