Dana brings a human-centered lens to drive product innovation and create new-to-the-world services and experiences that engender customer love and loyalty. She has a track record of marrying design and the human lens with business viability and technical feasibility to create new value for both customers and businesses. Her experience spans product development, design thinking, business strategy and organizational transformation work across broad range of industries (hospitality, retail, health care, consumer product) and across digital, physical and human-interaction based solutions.
She has been featured in Fast Company, Core 77, PSFK and Rotman Magazine. Dana currently serves on the advisory board of Harvard’s Master in Design Engineering program. She serves as an advisor to the board of directors of USG, a public company. She has taught and lectured at California College of Arts and was a visiting lecturer at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She has also spoken at various conferences including Childx at Stanford, WWD CEO Summit, SX, ULI, Healthcare Design and GlobalShop.
Dana was previously a Partner and Managing Director at IDEO, and was a Senior Director at Google (Google Search).
