Brian Stacy

Principal, Project Director, Research Leader, Global Skills Lighting Leader, Arup

Brian holds a portfolio of forward-thinking and aligned roles at Arup.

First is the Research Leader for Arup in the Americas Region. His experience with research over the last 20 years has developed from method and evidence based projects, which lead to implementable and social useful executable solutions in the built environment. Secondly, Brian is an experienced Project Director with a demonstrated history of working in the design industry. Thirdly, Brian is also the Global Skills Leader of the award winning lighting design studio for Arup, where he collaborates with a team of lighting designers leaders in all regions of the world. 

With careful consideration to the economic, social and environmental impacts of a development, Brian leads multidisciplinary design or research teams to develop tangible forward-thinking influence, community focused propositions and deliver holistically integrated research and designs that are innovative and sustainable.
